My new phone wont let me create a new account
I have 2 Iphone. my old one is fine and it's a private line. my new phone is for business. The new phone won't let me create a new apple ID account

You need to provide more information such as what happens when you try to and the exact wording of any error messages. Always provide that information when you post a question here and it will save us both a lot of time. ;-)
