I cant delete apps

Im not able to delete any apps even ones that aren’t built in. Like ones i downloaded i still cant delete. I have the option to remove them from my home screen but not delete them.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
