New IPhone SE 3 rd generation fit into my old case. However lens for camera is off center, blocked by case.

I need to buy a new case but details include 4.7” ? My phone is 5.45” (h), 2.75” (w). Is there a model for that size w/ camera lens fully exposed for taking pictures?

otterbox lumen iPhone 16 Had a hard time finding a case for iPhone 16 that had camera control button vs cut out, MagSafe, etc. Have only ever had otterboxes on my iPhones so tried the Lumen- it’s absolute garbage! The sides feel like they’re going to give me paper cuts, the camera control “button” doesn’t actually work and there’s zero camera protection. Are there any good cases yet for iPhone 16?

Your case was never meant for an iPhone SE 3rd generation. You can buy a case from Apple, BestBuy or Amazon has loads of case options for an iPhone SE 3rd Gen iPhone. Just make sure you're buying one which says for the 3rd Generation SE.
