How to find shipping label of old iPad to return for trade in?

If you have requested a trade-in from Apple online, you should soon receive a shipping kit with which to return your iPad. The shipping kit should include:

• return packaging/shipping container
• a return (shipping paid) return label 
• instruction leaflet

Depending upon your country/region, these items may be sent to you in a plastic shipping envelope; be sure to check that all items are accounted for before discarding the outer wrapping.

In some regions, the shipping kit will not be sent within an outer wrapping. In such situations, the return shipping label will be beneath the peel-off address label used to send the shipping container to you.

If you received your trade-in box, peel off the label on the box. You'll find the return label beneath it.
