Can we have the old iTunes back?

I am fed up with this Music app on the desktop.

If I have 3 or 4 phones all connected at the same time, each one opens a new Finder window that does the Syncing, so you have so many windows open all at the same time, which I don't really need, I wish I could just do one phone at a time like before from within iTunes.

Not only that - the new Create Playlist or Add Playlist is totally broken and horrible. In the past, if you had a whole bunch of albums you wanted to lump together into a playlist, you just highlighted them, and then made a playlist, and iTunes conveniently created smaller thumbnails of the Album covers neatly into the cube for the playlist album cover, so you can see them all at once. Now if you try to create a new playlist, it asks you to add an image from your desktop or photos or whatever that is a single image, so it doesn't create a tiled album cover thing from the albums you added to it when you created the playlist. And then you have to name it at the same time manually. Same thing goes for when you go into Edit it the title of the playlist, it's an additional step.

Can we have the old iTunes back where it doesn't pop open a Finder window and all that? It's so totally annoying.
