iphone 14 pro white screen

Has anyone else with an iPhone 14 Pro suddenly had their screen turn white? I was told it is boot looping. I have tried several hard restarts and even connected it to my MacBook to update and restore the phone. The screen is just constantly this incredibly bright white anytime it is awake. Apple support tried to help me troubleshoot, but said my best bet is taking it to an Apple Store for an inspection. I bought it in April 2023. No major falls or submersions under water. No idea what happened to the phone. I saw a few forums for iPhone 13 doing the same. They are mentioning an issue with the display after an update.
