i have deleted my old apple ID account. when i want to sign out that account from my iphone, the system asked for my password of the deleted account. when i entered the password, the system said that it is not valid. may i know how to solve this problem since i want to reset the phone ?

The account has been permanently deleted, therefore it would be good to logout of it before the deletion was complete. For now, please try and Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the issue
