Driving directions that INCLUDES EZ-Pass

The internet seems to think that getting maps not to use the EZ Pass lanes is the problem, well I guess I’m doing something wrong cause I’m never directed to the lanes.

I have the VA EZ-Pass, I’m never directed to do this. Using Apple Maps, are the roads just not included? Should I not expect it to say using express lanes? There are arrows that are always shown as which lane you should be in. I would say that maybe I’m never driving anywhere that would use them but I have taken the chance before and was able to make it work on my own.

Avoiding Highways or Tolls is NOT selected…
