I cant set-up WhatsApp on my iPhone

I updated my iphone I have an IPhone 7. After update, i deleted the application and downloaded whatsapp again. Now it opens up, but does not show me the agree and continue tab. I cannot accept the terms and conditions, i am stuck in this stage
