Is it possible to restore deleted Apple Pay account on my wallet?
I think I may have deleted my instant Apple Pay account from my wallet. Can it be reinstalled?

There is no such thing as an instant Apple Pay account. What are you trying to describe? Are you thinking of Apple Cash account. You can transfer funds to a friend or relative instantly using Messages.
