iPhone 13 Distorted video and sound feedback

During recent airshow while shooting video clips, I got distorted feedback as in humming or buzzing sound and vibration. During playback I see and hear the same buzzing, humming, and distorted video during playback. I thought it could be the intense noise level, but even when there were no aircraft in the area, and I was shooting area videos, I got the same distortion and vibrating picture. Video was set to 4K not sure of the frame or refresh rate.
