Sonoma 14.2.1 crashing at short intervals

I am currently using the Sonoma 14.2.1, last time i updated to 14.3 I experience lots of system crashing, so i simply updated from Ventura to Sonoma 14.2 which i have ben enjoying before now. Recently i have been experiencing same crash at short intervals, i can barely complete a task on my computer without it crashing.

Hi,

Update to 14.5 could solve the issue, though I assume your hardware is something wrong, so if it's possible try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware related error.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac – Apple Support (AU)

If you can't run Apple Diagnostics, try to contact Apple Support or you'd better take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.

That particular crash was a general protection fault -- a reference to parts of memory not owned by the task making the reference.

if you have more reports like that, you likely have a RAM memory problem.

although 'no fault found" is not definitive, try running the user diagnostic to see if GROSS problems are detected.
