How do I pair my Apple Watch to a new iPhone?

Hi, so my previous iPhone 11 is connected but it’s broken beyond repair now so I got another 11. My question is since my Apple Watch is connected to my old iPhone 11, is there anyway to disconnect it from my old phone and connect it to my new iPhone 11?
