Safari and cnn issues?

Anyone else having issues with CNN website the last few months.

Version 17.4.1 (19618.1.15.11.14)

Videos hang or won't play.
Pages freezes up.
Browser windows have to be closed.
Slow loading.
Video Sound plays and video doesn't or Visa Versa
Spinning wheel of death

Safari Issues, hangs, pages not working. Safari 17.5 I will add that I do not have of the same issues in Chrome or Firefox . Pages not loading or hanging. Mouse clicks not working. Videos hang after starting at some point. Scroll on mouse very slow and jerky or not working. I can say that CNN website is unusable in safari. The nhl.com site has scrolling issues. MLB site has many issues Again, no problems with chrome or Firefox for me.

Ventura, Safari 16.2 very slow hangs prior to loading websites Is anyone else having issues with Safari? I've never had these issues in the past, just upgraded to Ventura which generally went ok apart from Safari, now mostly hangs when going to a website, it could be sat there for over a minute loading the first page. Other times it will load just fine, but it's just random and makes it unusable. At the same time that I'm trying to open a page on safari, I've opened up chrome, opened several windows/websites and started working on them.

Ventura 13.3 Update - Safari Bugs Am I the only one who continues to have issues with Safari after the new update? At first it was google websites loading one page and not allowing to interact with the pages, now it’s the whole app that just lags every second possible and a rainbow wheel shows up the moment I move my mouse… It is tiring to do any kind of work on Safari and it is getting worse and worse with lagging…

Sorry, I wasn’t sure. If you are using macOS Monterey or macOS Ventura, there is a Safari update: version 17.5. Think also about clearing the history and cookies.

Not seeing anything here. First upgrade the iPhone to iOS 17.5.1. Then clear the Safari history and cookies.

Its Desktop not mobile.
