Camera screen background color
In bright sunlight it is difficult to see an iPhone screen in camera mode. So why not use a white background with colors outlined in black instead of a black background. For instance, make the area around all the commands a white background with the commands having a black outlines and change the color of the video button from red to light orange when not filming and to medium blue when filming. Signage research has proven that a light background with dark letters is easier to read than the opposite.
