Sim Locked
Guys my phone is sim locked but i had been using it for sometime and it changed when i changed countries so who do i talk to to get it fixed

Only the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock it. So you contact whoever you were paying for cellular service before you moved to see IF the phone qualifies for unlock and what, if any charges may be required to be paid for the phone to be unlocked. Apple cannot help you with this.
