Help, I'm desperate. New iphone 13 randomly turns Focus on and there is no way to toggle it off

I am ready to throw out my phone. I have been trying for a month to figure this out. I did not enable any focus. I have no focus schedule. But it randomly shows the little moon and silences my calls and I cant turn it off. There is no toggle switch at the bottom to turn it off.

I've read all the articles and nothing works.

Here's the deal.

Main Screen

Settings

Focus

(nothing enabled, nothing toggled on

People (non silenced)

Apps (none silenced)

Customize screen (nothing chosen)

Set a schedule (no schedule added)

Focus Filters (non chosen)

Basically, I have set up nothing, no schedule, nothing.

Yet at seemingly random times my phone goes into do not disturb mode, (with the little moon showing) and when it does that, I can not turn it off.

There is no toggle button at the bottom of the focus screen to delete it.

This is driving me insane. I haven't been able to figure it out for a month.
