Inverted color PLEASE HELP. also says it’ don’t get cell coverage and I’m in a major metropolis

My iPhone 14 randomly inverted the colors. I need it to stop. Sometimes it goes back to normal and then goes dark again, like most of my relationships. I’m only half kidding. It also sometimes says it’s not getting cell service.
