Are my old iPhone backups and iTunes purchases still accessible?

So I think it was 2015 when I made the switch from iPhone to Android, but I have used Macbook Pro as my 'desktop' (aka 'bedtop') since 2010. For some reason I abandoned my iTunes library, perhaps because I scored a spotify premium account by subscribing to a Sunday paper print edition. I'm wondering if there's any possibility that my old iPhone backups and/or iTunes purchases are still accessible? I don't have iTunes installed, and would need to make some harddrive space in order to install ITunes...is there an iTunes webapp?

iTunes is history. Long enough ago that this article has been removed from the Apple web site:

What happened to iTunes? - Apple Music User Guide for Mac - Apple Support - "With macOS Catalina [and later], your iTunes media library is now available in the Apple Music app, Apple TV app, Apple Books app, and Apple Podcasts app. And Finder is where you can manage and sync content on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch."

If your account is still active and you were using iCloud to sync data and perform automatic backup then you can restore from there. Likewise you can re-download purchases.

The iTunes (aka Music) library only exists on a computer unless you have an active Apple Music subscription. Music is installed by default when you install a Mac operating system. You can't delete it so I don't know why you don't have it. Maybe you weren't looking for it under its new identity.
