Volume goes quiet regularly and ive not set iPhone12 to do it

Every day, my iPhone12 volume turns off as if it is set to do so in the Focus feature or Do Not Disturb mode and i have not set it to do that. I am missing MANY calls. I am continually having to turn on then immediately turn off the Quiet Phone switch to turn it off. I am unable to find what is causing my phone to go quiet. Any suggestions?

How do I fix iPhone 7 haptics not working during calls? Hi, So my iPhone 7 (secondary phone)'s haptic system just stops working, like stops responding if someonr calls or a app using the haptic system rapidly. I have found a solution by entering into Silent mode and pressing the power and volume down button, but sometimes that doesnt work. Does anyone have a solution?
