How to give access to iCloud files without sharing Apple ID?

I would like to give my niece access to my iCloud files but I don’t want her to have my Apple ID. Is it possible to give my iCloud an additional password that she can use to access my iCloud from her windows computer?

You can probably find the answer to your question in the following support documents:

Share files and folders in iCloud Drive on iCloud.com - Apple Support

What can you do in a shared file or folder on iCloud.com? - Apple Support

Also if you right click on a folder or a file in your iCloud Drive in your Mac you will see a host of options to enable sharing at different levels.
