Not getting teams notification on apple watch

I was not getting notifications on my apple watch. On my phone I went into settings, found the teams app and enabled bluetooth.

Apple Watch pairing notification keeps popping up I have a personal cell phone which is an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and a work provided cell phone that is an iPhone 14. I have an Apple watch series 8 that is paired to my personal phone and shows it is connected via Bluetooth. My work cell keeps popping up a message: " APPLE WATCH Use your iPhone to set up this Apple Watch" I deleted the watch app from my phone and it continues to pop up. Toggled bluetooth on and off, still pops up. I don't know why my work phone is finding my watch as available to pair. I don't use the same apple account for personal and work cells. I am on iOS 18.1 right now on my work phone.

apple watch SE responding to MS Teams chat I have a new apple watch LTE (1 month old) after setting it up I was able to respond to MS Teams messages from my watch, even when not connected to my phone. In the last week however I can no longer respond and the Teams notifications it just get an alert and it says something like "you have a new Teams message". I have updated the OS on my watch and have restarted my watch, but it's still not working. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get back to being able to reply to Teams?
