what is the ideal battery percentage for 221 charge cycles of a 7 months old Iphone 14?
Mine is showing 94 right now but in shortcuts its showing 89 as real battery percentage.

It is not possible to come up with hard and fast rules since everyone uses their phone differently.
In general, expect to lose about 1% of Maximum Capacity for every 25 charge cycles, so your battery would at 225 cycles (rounded) divided by 25 = 9. So, the battery would be at about 91% using that method.
