Macbook randomly connects to unknown external headphones

Hi, My MacBook Pro(m2 2022) recently started to connect to unknown "external headphones" as the sound output source even though nothing connected to my macbook in usb-c or headphone port. External headphones just appears randomly and sound output source automatically switches to external headphones when I am watching videos or listening music or when I wake macbook from sleep. Even when I try to switch back to macbook speakers it switches back to external headphones randomly.
