Can't find "Wrist Temperature" to see if it's turned on

When I tap on "Privacy" after opening my (SE-2) Watch app on my SE-2 iPhone . . . there is no "Wrist Temperature" listed so I can be sure it's turned ON.

Why is my Apple Watch Series 10 not recording wrist temperature? I’ve changed from the Apple se2020 to the new 16e, since then the wrist temperature has not been recorded on my series 10 watch. Prior to this everything was going fine. I’ve made sure that Focus is on and everything else, nothing seems to work, any suggestions? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Sorry, your Apple Watch SE 2nd gen does not support wrist temperature.

Apple Watch Series 8, 9 Ultra and Ultra 2nd gen support wrist temperature.
