VAT refund

I made some searching on the internet, and it's not very obvious, I am studying at UK this month until 6th July, when I will return to my country, Brazil. I saw in some discussions that VAT refund would return this year, and in some part of UK it still exists, like Ireland, but can I get a VAT REFUND in an IPHONE until july 7th?
