Mac m1 with ios 10.14 mojave

I’m plan to buy m1 with ios 10.14, can I still be able to update with latest version of ios? Can I still

able to install Logic Pro with all latest features?

It looks, like you are confused by MacOS, iOS and Silicon.

You can't install 10.14 mojave on a M1. But you can install the most recent MacOS and Logic Version. IOS is for iPads abd iPhones only.
