iTunes not downloading COMPLETE purchased album.

Hello all!

I am running into an issue where I have purchased an album, specifically Charli xcx's "BRAT", and it won't download the song "Von Dutch" although it says I have purchased it. I have deleted the entire album from my library, moved the actual files to the trash in the process, and redownloaded the entire thing from the purchased tab in my account and it still will not download this single song. Any ideas on what this might be?

I have taken screenshots of what is suppose to be downloaded vs. what actually is.
