How can I find a PDF I exported on my iMac?
How do I find a document that I've tried to "Export as PDF"? I can't find
the document I saved as a PDF

If your System settings > Siri & Spotlight > Spotlight > Search results > PDF document is selected and your drive has been indexed by Spotlight, then the following 🔍 query will reveal any indexed PDF created in the last 30 days:
kind:pdf created:>05/11/2024
You would arrow down to the entry, and press the ⌘-key to see its location or by using ⌘R you can open a Finder window with the PDF selected.
