My eccount has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes
Hi, I can't download and update the apps please help me

If your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes then there is something wrong that cannot be fixed on your end. Most likely it is a billing issue. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on re-enableing your account
