Apple Classroom - Many questions :)

How does Apple Classroom connect to student iPads?

We have this working through ASM. Classes are pulled from our MIS.

It does work but I'm wondering how it actually works to help reduced offline iPads.

Does it use Bluetooth to connect?

Does it use wifi to connect?

We managed to figure out on some iPads the apple ID wasn't working as it wanted a password reset. Once reset they came online. Can we stop the passwords resetting?
