Contact person connected to my account

I have a contact person that looks like they can connect to my Outlook and iCloud accounts on my iPad but not on my iPhone. On the iPad It is saying in the contact information LINKED ACCOUNTS - this persons name - to my iCloud and also to my Outlook accounts. It also stated this is for a Unified Card. Does this mean that this person is indeed LINKED to me accounts? And if so should I contact Apple Support?
