Why is there no Guarani keyboard?

I’m in desperate need of a Guarani keyboard. Yet it doesn’t exist. This language has a speaker base 6.5 million people. It’s actually the most spoken indigenous language in the Americas. A lot of supported languages have way less of a speaker base but still keyboards. Someone help?
