HI! My daughter is out of state and her 13 Pro is having difficulty receiving and sending texts as well as overall functioning. She went to Best Buy near her college as we have the Apple Care purchased through Best Buy and they gave her a part number that needs to be replaced. 661-25947, I believe its a Best Buy part number vs Apple. Any ideas? Of course, her local Best Buy doesn't have it in stock.

Only authorized service dealers are allowed to order genuine Apple parts.
661-25947 is the Apple part number for a Logic Board.
Did Best Buy order the part? Normally, parts are delivered in 1-2 days.
Chances are, any other authorized Apple service shop would have to order this part as well, so probably no value in trying other shops.

Whatever part they believe needs to be replaced, the part number does you no good as Apple does not sell parts to individuals.
