My phone will not activate sim physical or esim
iPhone 8, iOS 16
Ask for a senior support person at your carrier. Nothing is going to happen until the carrier restores the connection to your phone.
Apple cannot do this.

SOS means that your phone cannot connect to your carrier's cellular network.
You will need to contact your carrier.....(using another phone)......and ask them to check and restore your connection.
Your only option is to contact your chosen carrier.
The carrier couldn’t even do anything. We have tried everything carrier I even purchased a physical Sim. I don’t know what to do.
