Excellent customer service

This is not a question but I couldn’t find anywhere that I could leave a review so I will write it here in hopes it reaches someone. My mom was having trouble with her somewhat old iPhone and the family sharing feature, I got in touch with apple customer service over the phone. I talked with the sweetest most kind lady named Tasha who talked to me for 55 MINUTES trying to help me resolve my issue. Ultimately she did help me and we fixed it. She was so so kind and patient and helpful through the whole experience. That girl needs a raise because she is good at her job!!! Thank you again Tasha!
