when i plugged in my ipad, it randomly just started making buzzing sounds. could it be like an electricity leak, or coil whining, its never happened before. making sure my ipads still safe to charge. dont want it exploding lol.

Are you using the Apple cable and adapter and hearing this or are you using third party accessories? Any thing happen prior to this occurring such as a drop or any kind of impact? It’s not really possible for any of us, fellow users to really diagnose what is happening on that level but you may want to have your iPad inspected by Apple or one of their authorized service providers to make sure all is well. You could also try using a different cable/adapter to see if the sound continues (and maybe try another outlet).

Try substituting your Power Adapter and charging cable - preferably for genuine Apple products.

i was using an apple charger, but i think i was “over xharging” my ipad, since the issues gone now. i was using it to study so was plugged in the whole day basically

Using your iPad while connected to its Power Adapter for extended periods will cause no harm to your iPad - this mode of operation being common in kiosk and point-of-sale applications.
Normal apple usbc charger, i think i just had it plugged in for too long since i was using it to study for long hours, issue hasnt persisted
