why wont my apple watch series 8 not let me download the apple music app

I accidentally deleted the app and when I tried to re-download Apple Music it hasn’t started to download and it’s been 2 days and I’m only one update behind so it shouldn’t be that hard, and I even downloaded another app while Apple Music was waiting to download in less than ten seconds. Also I’m subscribed to Apple Music so there shouldn’t be any additional problems with the subscription and download
