Icloud for Windows bookmark sync not working

Icloud for Windows bookmark sync not working Windows 11

I have uninstalled icloud for Windows, uninstalled the browser extensions,rebooted the computer, turned off safari in icloud and deleted off my iPhone and iPad, installed icloud for Windows via the Microsoft store, reinstalled the extensions on Firefox, Chrome, vivaldi, and edge,turned back on safari on icloud on my iPhone and iPad, and this is all I see in my bookmarks.

Anyone know how to fix this or another way to import my bookmarks into Safari?
