Moving photo files to Photos Library after import?

I imported my photos to Photos but left the files in their location on the (same) HDD on my Mac.

I now want to also move the files themselves so that I can backup over iCloud - does anyone know if this is possible without starting over again (which I would rather not do as there are also some photos with files in the library!)?
