Lock out of my phone can’t seem to remember my password

Start here: If you forgot your iPhone passcode, use your Mac or PC to reset it - Apple Support

Spend some time trying to remember your passcode, since the process of resetting the passcode will erase all of the data on your phone.

If you do need to reset the passcode, hopefully you have a current backup of your phone on iCloud or a computer, so can reload data back onto your phone.

Might be a good idea to write down the new passcode and keep it in a safe place in your desk.....even if you are sure that you will never forget it.
