Keyboard not typing

Keyboard not typing one character or minus sign or “Q” and it’s lower case form. Forced a reboot didn’t fix it. iPhone 11, OS version 17.5.1

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Why does the QWERTY Row of my keyboard not work and it is unresponsive but the other parts are responsive? Affected devices is the Iphone X. I cant change the software because when i try to type my password the top row of the password collumn 1,2 and 3 is unresponsive. Im currently on 16.1
