apps I did not download

I have very recently found many apps on my phone that I never downloaded. Some of them have been charging me for years and some have in app purchases. The only devices on my phone are the apps that I use and when I go to in app purchases this goes back to 2021. Some are weekly subscriptions but it says they are not on this device and they are not on any of my other devices. Is there a way that Apple can see who has used my ID or can they tell that these apps were never downloaded on this device?

To your final two questions, not really and no.

Did you ever lend your phone to somebody else, even just for 5 minutes? A child?
