I have a Iphone 14 plus that is carrier locked, but It doesnt show which carrier it is locked to.

Even if you knew who the carrier was......the carrier would not unlock the phone for you.....because it is not registered in your name.
You got the phone from somebody. Ask them what carrier they were using. Then, ask them to contact the carrier and have the phone unlocked, since you will not be able to do this yourself.
The phone is going to be useless until it is unlocked by the carrier.
Bottom line.....it would probably best to return the phone for a refund and go for an unlocked phone.
