I recently dropped my Iphone 11 and it landed on the top right hand edge of the phone. Since this fall my phone has been on a constant restart loop every few minutes to seconds... I was thinking of getting it fixed because i feel like the battery could be damaged but i want to be sure of the problem.

It is impossible to know in advance what exactly was damaged on the phone, but you can be sure that it was more than the battery.....(which is probably OK). More likely, a circuit board or component was seriously damaged.
Take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop and they can tell you if the phone is worth repairing.
