Downgrade Apple Watch

Hello everyone,

I want to downgrade my Apple Watch from the WatchOS 11 Beta to the recent WatchOS 10 update. I was able to downgrade my iPhone from iOS 18 Beta 1 to the recent iOS 17 update, iOS 17.5.1. What is the best thing to do? According to many YouTube videos, many of them are contacting Apple Support and sending their Apple Watches to Apple.

Edit: The Apple Watch has been completely erased by me. It is in setup mode and is still on the WatchOS 11 Beta.
