My iPhone hasn't been working so I've decided to switch back to my old iPhone, and I went to do a backup on my laptop through "apple devices" but I am unsure how to transfer that onto my old phone. someone, please help!
Unfortunately, you will not be able to do this if your old phone is running an older operating system than your current phone.
In other words, you can install a backup of an "older" phone on a "newer" phone.....but.....you cannot install the backup of a "newer" phone on an "older" phone.
