none of my Macs (5) will send emails for my MSN mail account, can't log in. This started in the past couple of months for every Mac and both of our email accounts. I have done recent OS updates and upgrades. Our iPads and iPhones work fine. Receiving email works for the most part but sometimes I have to take my accounts offline and then back online.

Mail>Window>Connection Doctor >>Show Details
Change your settings if necessary
Mail>Settings>Accounts>Server settings>> password, server

Just a thought. If you can not fix the problem you are having with Mail there is an alternative to Mail. In the app store you can download Outlook and try that since MSM is part of Microsoft ecosystem.
