Re: MacBook won’t charge
Guessing you may need some trouble-shooting suggestions, so you can find the cause,
We don't know which MacBook model / year / you use, or which Operating System is installed.
(ie: Some of the articles below are for MacOS Sonoma. You can change the OS version at the top)
As you have posted in the MacBook Air Community, and we don't know whether the Mac is new, or has been in use ok and just stopped charging, you may want to check through this article first:
Charge your MacBook Air or MacBook Pro - Apple Support for tips.

You may want to check the Mac's battery heath:
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences (or System Settings), then click Battery.
The Battery information displayed there includes Battery Health: More info below:
If you see Service Recommended on your MacBook Air or MacBook Pro - Apple Support
or
If your Mac battery status is “Not Charging” - Apple Support
or
If your Mac battery won’t charge - Apple Support

The SMC is responsible for managing power on your Mac.
On certain Macs, it may help to: Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support or restart Mac.

Wondering if the cable (or the outlet it plugs into) could be faulty
Browsing through one of Apple Support's online articles (links below) may be helpful
If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac laptop - Apple Support
or
If your MagSafe cable or power adapter isn't working - Apple Support
All the best :-)
