Why do I keep receiving notifications to connect my Apple devices?

Ok why I keep getting this notification like connect or when I ask something to support they said when connecting something any depend the question they mention my Mac my Apple Watch tvOS Or this i pod when I only have an I phone # but customer support says your users texting but on the phone when in I ask they said no and is only my iPhone in the screen
